The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. I was worried as the packaging was sketchy. It came inside a flimsy mail envelope. There was a box inside the envelope but it was not closed and the phone was hanging out but luckily inside of a little bubble wrapped sleeve. Thank goodness the phone was not damaged or scratched at all. The phone came with the original stylus pen. It also came with a new charger but it appears to be a generic charger not a Samsung. They were also kind enough to send a pin for the Sim card tray. When I 1st attempted to turn on the phone it was at 0% battery but that was easily solved and so after I charged it I was able to transfer all of my stuff over and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The phone was a little dirty on the back but after I wiped it down, the phone looks as works as if it were brand new. I had no problems whatsoever and I would recommend and purchase again. ... show more

Newer device. Seems like a good device. Still trying to get apps like the ones I had on my older device. A little confusing. But the Otterbox case is like the one I have for my device that this one is a replacement for. Keyboard for some apps is a little strange with the space at being too small. The device seems pretty fast and charges fast enough with the fast charger. Cord is not the same as the one for my other device which is dissappointing since I have 4 of those cords. Had to buy different cords but they were not too expensive. Not sure when I will change over to this note 10 plus. Still have not mastered all the matching apps from my old device. Learning curve is pretty steep and some new apps are not so user friendly. Still can't attach easily. More keystrokes...ik. AND no notification chirps for my messaging app. Well, that's enough for now. But its a really nice device...AND I at least 'look' like I'm a real tech wiz with this fancy devjce. ... show more

Phone was in good condition but there was a lot of issues with the purchase. The s pen was not the original s pen for the note 10 plus, battery dies quick. The major issue was phone was listed as unlock for All Carriers but the phone was locked to Verizon could not return it was a mess and loss of funds. ... show more

    • It's a top-notch phone... But, will work better with Verizon.
Ordered in 2023 and was delighted in the shipping speed and seller delivered exactly what I had ordered very fast. The phone works very well and it's a definite upgrade in every way from my bargain Motorola phone that I had prior, but, I've not been able to successfully connect to the 5g network on T-mobile/Metro PCS service. THE PHONE IS GENUINELY UNLOCKED AND DOES CONNECT WELL TO THE LTE 4G NETWORK ALSO 3G 'but' to get 5G you're going to use Verizon's 5G network as it operates on a different wavelength that this phone is compatible with and the other networks will likely not work...... I tried everything including downloading 5G only apps, replacing the SIM card, changing every setting possible in the phone. The 5G on this phone is compatible only to Verizon's unique signal but the rest of the phone signals (4G, LTE, 3G and 2G) will work on other great networks. I'm still very happy with this phone but that is a drawback to consider ... show more

Absolutely love this phone, before I made the biggest phone purchase I've ever made I definitely did my research and got this beautiful note 10+ holographic back, and I am extremely satisfied!!! With the fear of buying a renewed phone along with fear of it breaking while being transported had me biting my nails for sure, but then it arrived in all its glory and it was pristine!!! Previously I was using a Moto Z4 and I thought it was a great phone until I went back to samsung galaxy (last one I owned was a galaxy S5) and man oh man the Note 10+ is such a great phone. Also without a case it's pretty hard to hold sideways to watch videos and it's also hard not to touch the screen while you hold it because of how thin and curved the screen is. I have a case on mine and I love this phone so much definitely worth the $ ... show more
