Overall the phone is great, except for the battery draining very fast as soon as it's off the charger. I bought this phone as a gift for my wife. She's ok with the phone, but would rather have a phone like it with better battery life. So before you buy this phone, the battery life is very poor on this phone. Wish they had a phone case with an battery built in it for this phone like they have for the iPhones ... show more

I was really skeptical about buying a renewed phone, especially when it was half the price of the original. However, it came to me properly packaged, with nothing broken.. not even a single scratch! The thing looks brand new, if I didn't know it was renewed I would have thought it came straight from the store. I noticed a few reviews saying that they did not received an unlocked version, but a T-Mobile / AT&T version. I didn't have this problem personally, the phone i received was T-Mobile branded, however it was fully unlocked! The only issue I ran into because of that, was my sim card didn't fit so i had to get a new one (but that's my problem, not the phones lol) Setting up my phone with my sim was incredibly easy, was pain free and a breeze (i do use straight talk, so other carriers may vary)! Before switching to this phone, I did have a much older model (note 4), so this was a major upgrade for me! I love the size of the phone, the face recognition, and the samsung themes! This phone is honestly amazing, i'm so glad i chose to give it a chance with the renewed version! Only con from switching is now I'm in with the no audio jack crowd lol, and previous samsung chargers don't fit! But it came with it's own charger thankfully! The battery life is amazing as well! I'm so obsessed with the thing, i've been on it ever since I've received it in the mail and the battery is definitely well held up! So, in summary: Phone is A+, Chef's kiss. Was unlocked and easy to set up with a sim card. Came in perfect condition! + Battery life is amazing! Thank you Soonersoft for selling this amazing phone at such a great price! ... show more

The person left in the middle of me typing so it all deleted. Mad disrespectful. Telling me I will be without a phone for 3 weeks while I wait because their product screens glue is defective and the screen pops. So DO NOT BUY. If you do just dispute with your bank because these people will answer then just leave the conversation . So unprofessional. Definitely getting rid of amzzon prime. I own a business I can't go three weeks without a phone. They need to make sure their phone are good quality or offer credits or a burner phone until then . Even verison will let u hold onto the DEFECTIVE phone or give you a cheaper replacement. Amazon is worth 300 billion lol. Version is not. Bye. ... show more

Only thing as people can see is the sticker the seller put on left all the stickiness on it. If they didn't it'd be incredibly flawless. Perfect phone, not even a superficial scratch. Looks like it came straight from the phone company. Got here as expected, I thought it was thre note 10 plus, so I bought the glass cover and an awesome case that of course do not fit. And sadly the case I bought doesn't come in the size I have. And I can't find a similar one either. Oh well, other than that thank you to this seller for the great phone. ... show more

The phone is great but I did notice a v shape crack on the front of the screen the back of the phone has no cracks or scratches on it I would like to know if it can be replaced
