I haven't use the face recognition hence, no review. Fingerprint reader works fine. Battery life lasts a full day if used often. About 2 days if not on social media a lot. Phone appears brand new. Works fine. Love the features.

I am so disappointed with this product and this seller. The phone and charger came in a packaged sealed plastic wrapper. When I opened the plastic wrapper I found the Samsung box looked old, scratched up and the tapes were loose like it has been open many times before. I then opened the box and the screen protective plastic was loose and there was a lot dust underneath it. I was sceptical but still wanted to give it try. Thought maybe someone bought and returned because they changed their mind. I charged the phone to 100% then after using it for 1 hour, the battery life was at less than 90%. I am not sure if this phone is refurbished but it is definitely used to the point the battery is drained and unusable! This phone is advertised as new. If I wanted a refurbished I could get at a cheaper price. This is trash and it's going to be returned. ... show more

This cellphone is the best! It is thinner than the older Galaxy Notes and way cooler. It comes with a super-fast wireless charger, which can charge even Iphones. Best purchase!

    • Defective chargers
I love the phone, came brand new. However both the wired charger and the wireless charger are not working. As such, the phone is not getting the proper charge.
