I bought these particular ones because people were having a hard time hearing me on my Galaxy Live Buds. I read that these ones have excellent noise cancelation and they absolutely do!!! The sound quality for music and calls is outstanding!!! The seller was absolutely wonderful too!!! They reached out when I bought them to let me know when they would be shipping and answered me promptly when I asked them what size the ear tip was. They were very helpful!! My only con for this product is the ear tip. I have very small ears, so a small ear canal, and the ear tip is too big for my ears. They fall out of my ears all of the time. For people with normal sized or even large ear canals, this would be a non-issue. I tried purchasing smaller sizes to replace them with but those are even a bit too big for me. This product does everything it says it will do, hands down. They fit good, they're light, they have wireless charging, and they last a long time. Now let's get to the downside. I bought another product before these to do a comparison. The product starts with J and ends with Labs. I also bought the pro ANC version of said company. All in all the cheap ones do everything that these do with the exception of the two different touch points per bud on these. Sound quality on the cheap ones I would rate an 8 of 10. Sound quality on these I would rate 9 of 10. The ambient sound mode and the ANC modes work perfectly on both pairs. The app is nice as I also have a Galaxy watch 4 classic and a Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. You're not going to notice a ton of difference between the above mentioned cheaper brand and these, however. If you really just have to have all of your products with the same name brand on them, then please by all means get these. They are a fantastic item and I have no issues with them except that they are pricey. If you don't care about the brand names then definitely go with the other brand as they are comparable and literally 2/5th the price. I will mention that I bought the cheap brand of earbuds brand new, and these refurbished. So to compare pricing at new these are even more. Sound Quality is for sure better than it was in the Version 1 Pros, Noice cancellation is great. A little pricey but bought with Amazon renewed so it was cheaper

Don't buy them. I have my old galaxy buds, they work perfectly are way way better than the new galaxy pro. I only bought them because for some reaso my old ear buds can't connect to my new Kindle. You hear a lot of static, they, there is NOT noise cancelation. I bought them 2 times. I bought the first ones and returned them because I thought they were defective. So I got the replacement and the same thing, no noise cancelation, a lot of static and the worst part it that the sound frequently travel from one ear bud to the other then you can hear both, it's very annoying. 6 use my old ear buds for everything else, I use the ear buds 2 pro just for my kindle and just because I have no option. ... show more

My dog thought my son’s first set of these buds made a great chew toy! These were a good bit cheaper than new and they look/work great (like new)! Now he knows not to leave in reach of the jaws of ear bud death! 🐶
