Amazing refurbished watch. It came in original box and not one but two chargers lol. The battery life is good and the watch came with a brand new band and the watch itself seemed brand new with no scratches or scuff marks. I would definitely buy again! This is not the newest model but its perfect for me and my needs. I don't need the newest tech and its still one of the newer models so I am really happy. It helps me get up in the morning (vibrates with alarm) and if I've been sitting too long it reminds me to get up and move around. Overall this was a great purchase. The one I had I was gifted from a friend and it was quite old and the face plate was coming off. I wasn't ready to spend a ton of money so I tried this one and it's working great. I mainly use it for counting my steps but everything works well.

For starters, this item was supposed to be renewed, right? Well, it arrived in its original package, factory sealed, and with all documentation. It came with two magnetic chargers, both factory wrapped, as was the watch face. All items were in new, never used, condition! Set up was a breeze. Downloaded both Samsung Wear, and Samsung Health apps. Setting up both apps was easy and took very little time. The amount of stuff you can track on this watch is amazing. Everything from your workouts, of course, to how you slept last night. Reminders for sitting too long, or just to take a quick walk are nice and motivating. There are many free watch faces to choose from, both exercise oriented, or classic style, whatever suits your personal taste. Battery life thus far has been great, too, averaging almost two full days. Charging is a snap with the magnetic chargers provided, just slap it on the back and begin charging. During exercise, the watch constantly lets you know how long you've been in the current exercise, your active heart rate, etc. A complete workout summary is both available on the watch, and on your phone using the Samsung Health app. Weekly totals are presented to you on Sundays for your past week, with complete break-downs on hours, calories burned, exercise times, and how you compare with others whom use Samsung Health. Again, great motivation! I chose the 40mm size version and was hoping it would be large enough to see all the data, it most certainly is. The screen is very bright and highly detailed.     • Renewed watches are good, despite some flaws.
Some of the features are a bit aged like the dial which requires some getting used to. The battery also depletes by the end of the day though this is a high quality watch for its price.

I expected this to be a renewed item but the quality of the one I received seems it was never renewed or quality checks were skipped/missed. The bezle on this watch has clear cracks in it. This is somewhat acceptable as it was used but one would thing this would be fixed as a renewed item. The worst part about the device is that it's bricked. It's been on the charger for hours now and the only thing that with show up on the screen is pre operating system boot screens. As soon as the boot screen cycle through the watch goes blank and is unresponsive until the power button is held again for 10 second and you get to watch the boot screens again... Just a paper weight. They did send a customer service card with that indicates to call if the product is not satisfactory but the number just goes to a undiscriptive voice mailbox. There is also an email address I will try on this "customer satisfaction" card but my hopes are not high. I have started the Amazon return process but am looking at 14 days before my funds are returned. At this point your better off buying used off Facebook market place or just buying new. I have bought plenty of "renewed" items from Amazon and they have been satisfactory but this feeling like it should have never been shipped out. Very disappointed in this transaction. Also the two charges that come with it are not factory and I am not certain they are actually charging the device effectively. I have a second watched ordered for myself as this one was for my wife and I hope that the experience is not this bad. I will update this review as I get this returned and the other watch comes in.
