This phone has most of the high end features of phones much more expensive plus it includes things like expandable memory via microSD and a headphone jack that most high end phones today are lacking. Really the only thing this phone does not feature that is pretty standard now is wireless charging, which I honestly never used on my last phone as it charges slower than wired charging. For the price this phone is really quick and the UW version even packs 6 gigs of RAM. The camera is perfectly acceptable and looked fine blown up on my big screen TV using screen grab. The screen is large and has a vivid display. The overall performance is pretty snappy considering the low price point. Every time I want to charge, I have to reboot. One of the microphones doesn't work, so I can only talk on speaker/Bluetooth and it won't take voice dictation. Worst phone I've ever had. Terrible. I've taken it to the techs at Verizon, and they worked on it a long time with no result. Junk. Can't wait to be able to afford a better one. ... show more

I moved to another country for a year and couldn't use my old phone so I was looking for a cheap, good quality one. This one did the job. I've had it for 5 months and the battery life it's still pretty good. It definetly got a little worse than in the beggining, the first months my battery lasted for like 3 days straight (and i use it a lot). The camera is the only actual reason I put 4 stars. It's not great when there's little light and the front camera doesn't have great quality. Still it has good quality and with good lightning it does some pretty good pictures. got this refurbished phone in 2021 and it still working. Compared to the refurbished phone I got from gamestop that had a lifespan of 6 months before needing a battery replacement this phone has been doing well so far.

My 14 year old had the Galaxy A71 5g from Verizon for three years and never had any issues with it...until he walked into the pool two weeks ago on vacation with his phone in his pocket. This particular phone is 0% waterproof. Instead of buying him another new phone we looked for his exact same one, just refurbished, and this one is is perfect. It looked brand new out of the box. Battery life is OK...but that's something he has to live with. His SIM card survived so we just switched it into this phone. This phone powered right up. After a full charge, I went thru the initial setup without any issues. The color is extremely vivid. I have and will again recommend this phone. The camera takes crystal clear pics along with any video. Two Thumbs Up from this buyer.

    • Phone only lasted 5 Months before having issues
Phone worked ok for about a month or 2 then started having Service Issues. Such as we could not make calls or send texts. We Factory reset the phone and this helped for another month or so. Then same issues with service. We factory reset it again and it did not help. We were hoping to get at least a year out of the phones. We ordered 4 and only 2 of them are working after 5 months.
