    • Don't waste your money...
I ordered the phone as a gift for my daughter's upcoming birthday. Phone arrived on time but i noticed the battery was draining very quickly so i started to observe before gift wrapping only to realize after the second day it had completely shut down and didn't power back on even though the phone wasnt being used at all. I tried charging it and still nothing. Hence applying for a refund as i am completely disappointed, my daughter wont get her gift on her birthday and worst the closest drop off location is 30 minutes away. That is an inconvenience, i cancel the return to get another option same issue. Seller this is an inconvenience as the cost of the phone will be going back to uber ride.     • The phone is pretty quality
Easy to navigate. I've always liked Samsung phones for that reason. Only downside is when I leave the phone just sleeping and not turned completely off, it looses charge too quickly. On the other hand it charges pretty fast. Anyway, I love the phone.

Phone used 5mo since Dec 14 2020: It is very fast, lots of features, easy to use. Favorite feature is the thumb print access. A number of reviews complained about setting up the thumb print and once set up, it did not work consistently! I found that the process only captured part of my print the first time so I repeated it moving my thumb around a little each time until the entire print was captured. Saved it, and it has consistently worked almost instantly (1/4 second) every time. Place the CENTER of the thumb on the center of the icon either vertically or horizontally (doesn't matter). No difference with or without a screen protector. I use a Hatoshi case that includes a screen protector. ... show more

The phone seems possessèd of random spirits. It will suddenly make calls if I open messenger and randomly type letters/characters which I have not. But hey, here I am using it, cursing at my struggle to use it, so that I can complai5n about it. I myself would be uncooperative if someone misused and abused me like that too. Needed a new phone but the first one's screen was black and fuzzy. It got hot when I tried to charge it. I returned it. Then, they accidentally shipped me a second one, same kind.
