I knew what I was buying phone wise but the included charger was useless and didn't work, had to order the Samsung 25w charger to get this thing even charged so minus 1 star for that.... the phone is fast and definitely seems like an improvement overall coming from an older OnePlus phone. Works great on Metro by TMobile. I was able to switch my device from the comfort of my own home which was awesome although this will depend on your carrier. As long as you understand this is a TMobile phone not an unlocked phone you should be good. ... show more

Got this phone for my mother-in-law who lives in India and is visiting the US. Her old phone only got her 2G coverage while roaming in the US (compatibility issues), so got this as a replacement. Contrary to disclaimers, worked well on AT&T (roaming, LTE/5G coverage) and T-Mobile; also worked well with Lycamobile (2nd SIM, 5G coverage). The dual sim is hybrid, so you can either have a 2nd SIM or a memory card, not both, but with 128GB memory, who needs a memory card? UPDATE: My mother-in-law is now back in India, and this phone seems to work extremely well with her Indian carrier (Vodafone Idea) as well. Also, worked well in France during her layover in Paris, although had to select the French carrier manually. (Although this may have something to do with her Indian provider and their roaming arrangements, and not necessarily with the phone itself.) ... show more

Going from an A03 galaxy to this A15 galaxy I'm not impressed. My big issue is that this phone wants to setup to all googlle crap upon initial setup. I'm not a Google fan. Also, this A15 is suppose to have a higher quality than my past A03, but not really. I recently recorded video by zooming to a stationary spot and the replay is very grainey and wicked jumping (piece of #@/&). Two month update, the keypad does not work well. As you type letters or numbers they are frequently not registered in the entry bar whereas you then have to backspace all the way back to start over. The samsung clock app timer does not work well. I set up a 35 minute timer, start the timer, visualize it's running, then put the phone in my loose pocket and the app stops the timer and runs the stopwatch function. This happens about 1 out of 3 times I use it. I time my yard sections for watering, takes a few hours to complete. I continuously have to power off the phone to remove glitches. ... show more
