Pictures can't do the yellow justice; this phone looks great. For the entry-level device, performance is snappy and I haven't noticed any sluggishness in general use. It activated fine with Mint, and I don't see any network issues. My only complaint is the phone came with 128GB of internal storage, not 256 as advertised. It has an SD slot and I have other Samsung phones so I thought it was an easy choice. But this phone must be refurbished because the screen freezes up at least daily. So I have to keep restarting it. To replace it or yet a refund, I have to send it out first and I cannot afford not to have a phone on me due to my job. Disappointed. ... show more

My phone arrived as just described, brand new with 256GB/8GB RAM storage and memory, as well as a charging adaptor as shown in the picture. The "blue" color is actually more white with a blue shimmer when the light hits it at certain angles...very nice! All functions appear to be working. I was not concerned by the lack of warranty due to this being an "International Model" since phones that function properly during Amazon's 30 day return period are not likely to spontaneously malfunction months later. However, it is NOT clear that this Galaxy A15 phone comes with four promised OS upgrades like the US version, which means this phone may have a considerably shorter useful life. When I asked Samsung text support about this, I was told Samsung US will not provide software updates for this phone and that I am not allowed to leave country in which I received the phone! Perhaps the latter nonsensical assertion means the phone may receive OS updates if you take it to another country? If so, I will upgrade my rating to 5 stars. ... show more

As with anything there are always things that I wish was different were a little better but being an upgrade from an old phone that was six updates behind this one, it's pretty amazing. The battery life is lasting right at 2 days with somewhat heavy use so I'm pretty happy about that. I'm sure it's not the absolute top of the line in Samsung's lineup but I'd much rather pay 200 plus dollars for this phone then pay a thousand for things that are slightly better and I got a red pepper case that is waterproof shockproof and dirt proof which is one of the only ones that I could find that was certified for waterproof for this phone. So basically I paid $20 for a case that got me the waterproof rating that the $1,000 Galaxy phones had built in. Yeah I'd love to have this phone built in with waterproofness but if I can honestly get the protection from a $20 case instead of paying an extra $800 for the phone then I feel like I made a very smart purchase. I'm also very glad I went with the 8 GB RAM and 256 GB hard drive and I added a 1 TB external microSD. ... show more

Battery discharges faster than expected. The phone get warm playing video (youtube)! Speaker hole on the bottom easy to cover accidently by finger etc. Wrong location. Also, do not like power and volume buttons on same side. When I bought it was higher price, that decreased in a few days, that's sad
