I switched from iPhone to Samsung. After an initial problem with connecting etc, Samsung customer service was helpful but I did end up solving the problem myself, which is fine. It's been working well for several weeks now and I think it's a very good buy. Great graphics, clear pictures and screens. Audio is good for TV|movies, music and videos. I am very happy with the Galaxy A15 5G Dual SIM. I bought the international unlocked version at a great price and it does everything I want it to do. Yes it is a budget phone but for the price, it has a lot of great features. I almost forget it is a budget phone except when I remember how little I paid for it. I haven't activated the face recognition so I am unable to comment on this feature however the fingerprint recognition works perfectly. ... show more

    • Will Not Work With Verizon Service, Regardless Of What Seller Claims

After receiving this Samsung Galaxy from seller took it to the Verizon store in our neighborhood. Great bunch of guys, they spent 3 hours trying to get this phone to accept or make phone calls. Finally were able to do so. Except they didn't. And it wouldn't. Next day all phone calls made by my wife returned busy signals. Another hour on my phone (a flip btw) to troubleshoot this overpriced paperweight with Verizon and all the Verizon tech could get it to do was to show "No Service" on the face screen. Verizon is sending us a new Samsung Galaxy which they guarantee will work on their system. We will be returning the one we purchased here on Amazon to Verizon at their request. This turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. For the price this is a great quality phone and for me personally a huge upgrade from my previous Verizon Samsung JV3. This is my first time with an unlocked phone and I am very happy with tbe experience so far. The setup was easy and it worked with my Verizon Wireless sim without any issues. The 250 GB of internal memory is plenty of space for all my apps and the battery lasts more than 48 hours even with moderate usage. HOWEVER the reason this is a 4 and not 5 star review is because the 250 GB SD card that came with this purchase was not compatible with the phone. At first I thought it was one that comes with those larger adapters that have a smaller card inside but, unfortunately not. It's not usable with this or any cellphone. Happy with the phone. I bought this unlocked upgrade from an A11 for my husband. It's a nice little upgrade with good camera and cones with a 256 mg sd card. You will need to either purchase an sim card or transfer your old one. No charge cord. Very pleased so far.
