I did like this phone and it is great for the price. Pros: -Great price - Great product support - Good battery life - Nice bright screen with clear crisp AMOLED display - Expandable Storage (I added a 256 GB micro SD card - Latest version of Android Version: 14 - One UI version: 6.1 - Will receive up to four generations of OS upgrades and five years of security maintenance Cons - Is not compatible with hearing aids (I can't stream or Live Listen) this is only available on S series - No stereo speakers (only 1 single speaker at the bottom) - Photos not impressive (they were not clean and detailed) - No Bixby (Google Assistant works though) - Lags when streaming or running several tasks (turn off RAM Plus in settings to improve performance) - CAN'T use 2 sim cards AND micro SD (the micro SD had to go in the 2nd sim spot) - Has black "notch" on the top of the screen where camera is (this is dated and unnecessary) The deal breakers for me were having no hearing aid support, poor photos and the lag. ... show more

Great phone, but this is a Universal Phone, does not have WiFi Calling capability. Worked ok with my Verizon Provider using only cellular data. Could text with a wifi connection, but no option to make calls over internet when cell service not available. Spent several days with Samsung Tech Support, they had no answer. Would not buy if you plan to use in the USA. Get the straight out S15...it's great in USA πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ πŸ‘ ... show more
