So first of all I am still in the return process and it's been horrible I've never had such a bad experience with returns before this one not so good I got a notification yesterday morning that there was a attempt to pick up my package for return no there wasn't I was awake and actually waited all morning Second the 2 drivers that were in route said it wasn't there job and they couldn't take it even though I have it for returning and the 3rd driver just looked at my roommate dropped off a package and a paperwork so there was not a attempt and now I'm just angry second the reasoning for returning is because I got the phone it was fine it was working then after completing my set up the screen went black in less then 2 hours of setting it up and it wouldn't return to normal o tried charging it so it was defective and the return as been crap ... show more

I have a Galaxy A54 dual SIM 5G phone I was very surprised that the A14 phone had many of the features that my A54 did. The A14 is a bigger phone it feels a little better in the hand to me the processing power was very good everything was very smooth in it and it's very easy to use It also has the dual sim feature. With this dual SIM you can actually have two SIM cards in the phone with an SD card up to 1 TB, The A54 can only have one SIM card and an SD card but has the allowance for an ESIM something you consider when trying to get either one of these phones.
