    • What's going on?
I got this phone a few days ago and everything seemed to be fine. Calls were good, text messages were good, wifi connection was strong, fingerprint was so so, facial recognition was OK, etc. Once I left the house I couldn't connect to anything web based although calls ant texts worked fine. While I was out today, I went by the t-mobile store to see what they could tell me. Turns out the problem is internal and this phone will only connect to the 2g network. That's why calls and texts work but no data. I have a replacement coming so we'll see how that one works. If the situation improves I'll post an update. Ps. It only came with a non US charger. UPDATE: Well, this phone turned out to be a real swing and a miss. My second phone did the same thing. Back in the box it went to be returned. I went to the blue and yellow big box electronic store and purchased an unlocked Motorola phone. What do you know...that one worked. Same sim card, same phone number, same carrier, same plan, and the data part of the phone worked. Proof that the problem lied with the Samsung phones. ... show more

This is a great phone. Good quality pictures. It's a Samsung. Check the specs. Being used international. It came with the UK plug in the box but with an adapter to US plug in the package. Please. Daughter pleased. 128GB memory. Great!!

    • Nicest bang for the buck for a Samsung phone
Great phone. The 128GB was what sold me. It is impossible to find such storage at this price. I like to store a large amount of data and apps on my phone, at 4BG memory and 128GB storage, this is perfect for me. I'm not a gamer, so I can't attest to hoe fast the processor is. I haven't tried face recognition yet, because I don't feel the need. The thumbprint reader is at the perfect position. For a right-handed person like me, if you register the fore and middle fingers of the left hand, and the thumb of your right hand, the phone opens up as soon as you pick it up and hold it facing you. (For lefties this has to be reversed, I suppose, fore and middle of right hand, thumb of the left phone.) I use it with Mint mobile, but Cricket wireless website confirmed this will work with them too. Also, dual SIM card means you can have another phone number with another provider, side by side, when you travel abroad. There is no warranty. But I'm not too worried about it, at this price I'm willing to take the risk. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The phone itself seemed fine it allows the set up process my issue is the phone is Listed as a 128G 4G LTE but it's a International Version and will not work on the US. It is not compatible with the 4-5G Network that's coming February 2022... I'm on Cricket Mobile Network and I have Xfinity Mobile Network as well and neither can activate this Device. ... show more
