Love the ease that the pone effortlessly snagged all of my information from my S 9 - was shocked to see that the sellers or who ever did not put a SIM card in the thing so I can't make calls until i get the SIM card. But, nice phone.

Phone came in great condition only the sides are a little scuffed but once you put a case on you don't even notice, Screen had no scratches and so far the phone works great.

I bought this phone expecting it to be unlocked like it says it is but my sim would not work and come to find out it's not compatible with my carrier. Now I have sent the phone back andfor some reason have to wait 3 business days for them to "inspect" the phone before they will issue a refund? So it's been a week since I sent it back and now I have to wait another week before I can get my money back? That's 2 weeks with a broken phone when the one I purchased would have worked if it was actually unlocked like it said and I need the money back from this phone to purchase another one but for some reason u have to wait for it even though they are in possession of the phone already ... show more

    • Works, but has issues
The screen sesitivity is weak. I thought it was a settings issue. Been searching through all settings options. Cant find anything to improve touch settings, calibration or sensitivity other than turnning on touch sensitivity which does not improve anything. When i type or select obejects, it will not read my touches. Typing is a major issue. Even typing this from the phone, i have to keep going back and correcting words because it isnt reading my key input and ketters are missing. I have no screen protector and screen stays clean. So it must an issue with either the refurbishing or the software. ... show more
