The picture and the different modes you can use such as movie and dynamic are really exceptional. I was also very pleasantly surprised by how good the sound is. I had a 70" Vizio before this and the sound was always weak and muted. I thought I'd need to purchase a sound bar with this one because of that experience, but am very glad that I didn't because the sound is great! The one knock I'll give it, just like with my Vizio is that the remote doesn't have a light! Most people are watching movies and such in the dark with big screen TVs but you have to turn on the lights or use a flashlight to see the remote! Iโ€™ve never had a fully 4K TV until now I understand there are better 4K TVs but this is honestly the best introductory 4K TV to get especially since it was on sale and I got it for about $300. Obviously itโ€™s not gonna be great refresh rate itโ€™s a 60 Hz and not a 120 Hz but still a great introductory rate without spending a lot of money if youโ€™re looking for a great value on a TV in your new to the HD game this is the one to get. ... show more

We have a Samsung TU7000 series in our bedroom. The picture is very realistic and the sound is good even without external speakers. We needed to buy a new tv for the living room so we thought we would upgrade to the newer AU8000. However, in order to get their new ultra thin profile on the newer version, the picture is not nearly as realistic and the sound is annoyingly tinny. We returned the AU8000 and bought this previous model TU7000. Very satisfied with the sound and picture. This is one of those cases that if you can still find the older version, buy it. It is better in every way other than weight and profile. The remote control is clumsy but Amazon sells a better remote for $10. ... show more

The image quality on 4K UHD productions is astoundingly clear and vivid. The remote control has a bit of a lag associated with it. There's no "Favorites" button. The TV lost the WiFi connection a few times so I used the LAN wired option which is really how you should connect to the internet in every situation especially for viewing 4K streams. Within the first year of having the t.v it developed lines through it and then 6 months later the t.v kept turning on and off and nothing worked to fix it. Horrible t.v Samsung do better.

I put this huge 75 in TV in my living room! And it's awesome it cones with a 4 year warranty thank God as I'm still paying for it... I love the tv and am very pleased with my purchase HOWEVER! I was not tickled pink with the delivery it took a couple weeks to arrive and was supposed to be front door delivery meaning they helped bring it into the entryway THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! it was left outside while it was sprinkling on the porch we do not use idk how long it was out there before I found it luckily it wasnot damaged!
