I wasn't sure I believed the description of "leather", assuming for $18 it would be some type of faux leather. I even ordered two, just in case one was damaged. But, it does look and feel like real leather! It came with a protective cardboard between each side of the binder to protect against damage by the rings and the binder itself was in it's own protective plastic bag, plenty big to not cause damage to the cover from excess pressure. The stitching is well done and the look is professional and classy, but not stodgy. The rings were not bent and are plenty large for most uses. (A "D" ring option might be nice.) This purchase was a stop-gap for us until custom printed presentation binders are ready for clients. This binder is of a quality that meets our exacting standards for client facing materials. I'd order it again; if only they did personalization and made it in other colors. Excellent value! ... show more

This is an attractive binder and looks to be durable. No tears or cracks and the rings are tight enough to secure sheets when full. Needed 2 but wanted to check it out before ordering another one. Just placed an order for a second one and plan to get started with my project. Would recommend.
