If you are an avid GoPro user like me, you can never have enough mounts to attach to various surfaces, helmets, sports gear and more. This expansion kit gives you everything you need: 3x curved adhesive mounts, critical for proper adhesion on curved surfaces like helmets, 3x flat adhesive mounts, 2x low profile buckles, 2x raised profile "J" buckles, and 2x thumb screws. Three super aspects to this kit: 1. The adhesive material is genuine 3M VHB super high strength adhesive. This is not a cheap copy, and you don't have to worry about your gear falling off 2. Each of the low profile and J buckles have rubber inserts which makes it impossible for them to come off accidentally. You have to lift the safety rubber first and then unclip. A second level of security 3. The thumbscrews have two raised sides (so 2 ridges, not four), which makes it easier to get a very tight grip compared to conventional 4-ridge screws. Got this for my little RC car to record footage of my gopro camera. The mounts are solid quality and stick really tight on the surface of my car. Through all the dirt and grime of my RC car it held up really well with good rigidity. I would recommend this.

    • Feels Sturdy and Durable
The buckle clips on nicely and fits well. The rubber/silicone part helps keep the main buckle clean and makes sure it doesn't fall off. I like that there's the two types of attachments available. I haven't gotten a chance to really put it up to the extremes just yet.

These came very well presented, I am always looking for helmet mounts for skiing since I have so many helmets. It’s nice to have multiple helmet mounts that I can stick onto my various helmets so I can easily and readily attach my GoPro to any of them. This accessory set comes with both the flat and curved mounts, you get three of each one which comes in handy depending on where on the helmet you want to attach it to. It has two buckle mounts and two more vertical buckles with their own screw, that locks to make sure it doesn’t accidently release, which I appreciate because you definitely don’t want to lose your GoPro. OK - I must confess. I don’t have any GoPro Hero’s or Cowards or anything in between. I’ve got a variety of offbrand, generic action cameras (or just mini-wifi cameras). This kit has enough components to mix and match for any kind of mounting - fixed or mobile. And (in case you were wondering, after you snap a couple of these together (and feel how solid and secure they are attached) - they seem like an almost permanent asssembly but with just a pop of a screwdriver you can unsnap them to re-use or re-assemble.
