After placing the order, it took about a week for them to ship it, then it arrived 9 days after that. So 16 days total, but felt like months! I’ve been so excited to try it after doing a lot of research and determining this would be the best option. Honestly, it’s amazing! It’s a good size, not too small but not too big. The jets are pretty powerful. The hot tub itself is really comfortable. I feel so relaxed after getting out. I could live in this thing. Putting it together was pretty simple. The instructions are on the top flaps of the box. It said there was a QR code to access them online, but we couldn’t find them that way. Yes, the instructions could be more detailed and it could include more info on maintenance and cleaning, however we were able to figure all that out pretty easily! The hot tub is very sturdy and looks nice. It took about 25 hours to heat up from 57 to 104 the first time. After being in it for 45-60 minutes, with on and off use of the jets, it goes down to 102 and is still really nice. By then we’re ready to get out and it’s back to 104 within an hour.     • This hot tub is a STEAL! Now if they would only make more of them...
We had to wait several months for this hot tub to become available after zeroing in on it as the one we wanted, particularly after reading the other reviews here. A small window of availability in Dec/Jan allowed us to snag one, and we can happily say the reviews were not wrong! The bottom line is that this product is far superior to the myriad of inflatables that have flooded the market, including those offered by this same company. Given that, it is mind-boggling to me why they are not producing more of these units, or why some other company has not come out with a similar design. Out of the box the ThermaCore panels are easily assembled and zip snugly into the shell, which feels very thick and durable (as others have mentioned do not try and assemble in cold weather or the shell won't have enough flexibility and you won't be able to zip it). The heater/filter unit is already built in as well, which means once you've completed this part you are basically done. The result is a unit that just feels MUCH sturdier than an inflatable, and one that functionally does a way better job heating and retaining water temperature, particularly in cooler weather. Filling from a garden hose on a chilly winter night, it took our hot tub just over 24 hours to heat up from 45 degrees to 104. We have sat in it as long as two hours with temps in the mid 20s, and the water temp maintained 102 for most of the soak and never dropped below 100. Note: this is primarily without the jets on; some have mentioned the jets cool the tub more quickly (you do feel the cold air when you turn them on). If this is an issue for you I would think there might be a way to warm the air near the intake, but haven't tried it since the jets are a little aggressive for us anyway so we haven't been using much. As far as cons, the wifi doesn't seem to work so the panel just blinks constantly. Not sure why it's needed anyway. Who really needs an app for their hot tub? The cover has an inflatable insert and it's a bit flimsy; wish they would have given two semi-circle ThermaCore panels to zip into it instead. However, it does what it needs to do to keep the tub at 104 and ready to go when not in use, so it's a minor quibble. Lastly, this is NOT a 6 person hot tub. I'd say 2-4 people and 4 would be a stretch unless everyone is smaller, but that's coming from someone 6' 260lb so take that for what it is worth. Again, the bottom line here is that if you are in the market for a portable hot tub and this becomes available again, you should definitely get one. This is definitely worth the wait! I was amazed by how sturdy and durable this hot tub is. It's much easier to store than a traditional hot tub, and the pump is so quiet that I often think it's turned off. Having the pump built into the liner keeps it warmer and seals in any sound. Despite the lid not holding air and not getting a response from the manufacturer, it's still a 5-star item. Truly does take only 15 minutes to assemble and heated to 104 in 12 hours. ... show more

I set this hot tub up on my own (47 Female). I think perhaps it was more difficult than other reviews because it sat outside in the box while I had dinner, and the temps were in the upper 20’s making the vinyl very stiff. Getting the zipper to get close enough to zip had me quite frustrated, but after about an hour I was able to get it going. (So if you are setting it up in the cold, maybe warm the box in the house first? ) besides the stiff vinyl it was very simple to set up. The plug uses a standard outlet, and the heat and jets do run at the same time if you choose them to. I had wondered about that). In 20 degree weather with a starting water temp of 43 degrees, it took from Friday night around 8pm until Saturday night around 6pm to reach 98 degrees. We were anxious to try it out so we went in at 98 degrees. Something I didn’t think about is that the air for the jets is being pulled from the outside air… so within 10-15 minutes the temperature went from 98 to 91 and we had to get out. We went in today with a starting water temp of 104, air temp 37 and within 20 minutes the temp was 94. I think extreme cold temps means it’ll just be quicker stints in the hot tub instead of long soaks. Having said that, the jets feel wonderful and are very strong. I’m not sure if there are different models but the best way saluspa firm foam Paris doesn’t have 2 strength modes for the jets as I read other reviews comment on. I double checked the manual and there’s no mention of it. The main reason I purchased this hot tub is for my boyfriend who had a spinal cord injury in his teens. He is able to get in/out by sitting on a bench I purchased and minimal help. We are looking forward to many nights of body healing soaks. ... show more
