I use wax melts daily. I find them less irritating than burning candles. Sometimes those can really irritate my sinuses but I never have any issues with melts. I always look forward to holiday scents so I was excited to try these! You get 8 packages of wax melts in different holiday scents - Christmas Tree, Christmas Pudding, Apple Cinnamon, Gingerbread, Sugared Cranberry, Mistletoe, Candy Cane, and Chocolate Cake. Each package contains 6 wax cubes. The scents are potent when you smell them right out of the package. When they are melted. they aren't as strong as many of the more upscale brands. I would say that these are on par with the store brand ones that you buy at the big W store. Nice but not super long lasting. Most of the scents are true to their name. The Candy Cane has a yummy York Peppermint Patty scent to me. The Gingerbread was my favorite! It smells just like spiced cookies! The Chocolate Cake has somewhat of a chocolatey coffee smell that is just wonderful. I always thought that Christmas Pudding was like a fruitcake. These have a very fruity, pineapply scent. It doesn't have a holiday feel to it but it still smells good. Mistletoe was the only one that smelled a bit off to me. I was thinking it would have a more Christmasy vibe but instead, it smelled more like men's cologne. The others were all exactly what I would expect based on their scent names. I love using these before guests come over. With many pets in our household (including several littler boxes), I am always worried that our house will stink! After only a few minutes, our entire downstairs is filled with scent! **I was able to review another package of these that contained these 8 scents - Gingerbread, Christmas Tree, Sugar Cookies, Apple Cinnamon, Cranberry, Spiced Cider, Mistletoe, Candy Cane, and Hot Chocolate. The Candy Cane has a creamy peppermint scent that is just perfect! The Gingerbread was my favorite! It smells just like spiced cookies! The Hot Chocolate has somewhat of a chocolatey coffee smell. It smells like walking into a coffee shop, surrounded by the aroma of different baked goods and coffee! Sugar Cookies has a rich, buttery, vanilla cookie scent that is just so yummy.     • Not overwhelming strong scent
Was hesitant to order without being able to smell first, but these are actually good smells! Very Christmassy and not overpowering. They last as long as any other store bought melts I've tried.

Box arrived smelling heavily of cigarettes and even the wax cubes just smell like cigarettes. Disappointing and unprofessional. Sending them back.

So only like 3 out of the entire pack smell good. The others smell very weird. The chocolate smells like old men’s cologne and the sugared cranberry smells like mold. These were awful. Even the candy Cane smells bad. I think the only decent ones are the tree, mistletoe. I would definitely not buy them again. Giving it two stars because I kept 2 and threw the others away. ... show more

    • Great melts, but very mild scents.
These melted very quickly in my wax warmer, and the scents are lovely, but very mild. Usually, these sorts of scented wax cubes will fill my whole living room and kitchen with scent, but these didn't even scent my whole (very small 12'x12') living room. I had to walk within 5-6 feet of the warmer before I could notice the aromas, so these would be better in small spaces (bathroom, maybe?), or for people who prefer a very light, mild scent. All of the scents are lovely, though the "chocolate cake" one was clearly devised by someone who's never smelled chocolate, as it smells 100% like coffee. ... show more

I love the fact that these are soy melts, but the scents are “off”. Also the price was mid-road.
