Fed ex left box with the packing straps ripping into box hitting the table inside. VERY poor packaging leaving it easy to damage while it goes thru shipping system. Should have a hard cardboard inside perimeter of inside box to stop damage and rips. Nothing inside to protect the table itself either. With this said, I was pleasantly surprised that it was a really nice table. Actually better then an expensive leather one I had had. It was easy to open and adjusting legs for height easy to do. The comfort itself was comfortable. It's not too heavy. The added arm extensions are nice. The table is wide enough. And it's long enough for taller people. The adjustable head is nice and the head cushion is comfortable. My last one expensive brand was 500 bucks and wore within a yr and not as nice or comfortable. I was afraid to order cheaper priced , but this is a nice table. My only concern is I thought I had ordered the tri bend one but when I checked it wasn't and it was too late to change order. But yeah....have no fear it's a really good , comfortable, well made table. The only negative would be that it may get too you damaged. ... show more

Legs easily adjust for different user heights. Great value for the cost. I did have one problem with the head rest but the seller fully backed their product and replaced the head rest frame and cushion. The headrest frame attaches to the table with two plastic dowels. During first use I reposition myself while on the table and applied too much force on the head rest. The replacement works just fine now that I know to be more careful with how much pressure I apply. Would have gotten this a 5 except for the head piece. It doesn’t stay in the upright position all the time. I use the bed for my scrupling machine and need to have my head in a higher position. The cushion is thick. Love the purple color.

First impression: guess you get what you pay for. I’m 150 lbs and going up on it I felt like I have to be careful that I didn’t break it. It’s maybe okay for a beginner but it no way close to heavy duty. Perfect for lashes or facials. Having your clients turn over on this may be to much Edited: so I change my review to a 5 stars. The table feels very light weight but it’s holding up pretty good. Whenever I do a massage the clients love how soft the table is. I’ve had other expensive brands and I don’t remember hearing that as much as this table. It’s perfect for moving around fast and lifting upstairs. Love the ease with setting up the table, just unfold it. It is very comfortable and sturdy. I use it for exercises that I would normally have to get on the floor to do but I can't get on the floor and get back up easily :) We also use it for a massage table. I would recommend this product.

We purchased this table for at home use for massages a few times a month. The table seems very sturdy and comfortable for this purpose however, during the 3rd use the headrest broke off at the plastic rods. Due to having the weight of a head and if you are resting your arms on the arm rest under the headrest…there is a lot of weight on it for those rods to be made of plastic. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to use the headrest after only 3 uses. Beyond that one huge flaw the table is great. We will find a way to work around what was an important feature for us. ... show more
