I gave this as a Christmas gift to a co-worker who likes to try different snacks and he shared it with the whole office. Smaller portions, but still plenty enough to share. Came with a guide booklet that had pictures and explained the different flavors/textures of each snack. (99% of packaging is written in Japanese). I got this box for my dad’s Xmas gift and he loved it! He’s a huge fan, as well as I, of Japanese culture. the snacks were all in great condition and tastes. he thought it was super neat that there was a little guide pamphlet included that identified all the snacks. It seems that there was a lot of variety in the foods included, from savory chip snacks to things like matcha KitKats (which he generously shared with me, it was delicious!) My husband and I wanted to try some new and interesting treats. We sometime overlap on preferences but are pretty different in our priorities, especially with candies. He loves gummies and fruity things. I like chocolate and cookies and such. We both found things we really enjoyed in this box! Our favorites were a teriyaki burger umaibo (corn puff stick), baby star ramen, and Tohato caramel corn puffs. We had so much fun trying different things and laughing at our reactions to some. The box has a variety of different snacks within it and most them are incredible. There was one item that was going to expire the day after I received the box, so I had to hurry and eat it. Overall decent box, just make sure you view the dates before consuming the snacks. Edit: There was a rice crispy type treat that was definitely stale. Hard to bite into and didn’t have any flavor. I purchased 4 different boxes that 'Santa' brought for Christmas. This box was a lot of fun. Most of the items were really sweet, almost to sweet. The ice cream and drink were gross. The hard candies were the best in the box. There was one that was in a frog container and those little candies were yummy. I gave this 5 stars for the experience. Some candies get a 5, a few get a 1. Absolutely love this Christmas gift. I gave it to my sister‘s boyfriend as a joke and he loved it. He said he wanted more for his birthday and Christmas.
