      • Light and comfortable shirt in time for summer
    This is a basic button down collared shirt made of breathable, textured fabric. One of the things that attracted me to this shirt is the fabric. We travel frequently and a shirt that can be hand washed and hung to dry is a plus for plane travel. This shirt is a polyester / spandex blend which is light and comfortable. It has a small amount of give, but isn’t clingy. The shirt is offered in a few basic colors. I choose the green which is a sage green shade that appears pretty much as it looks on my computer monitor. The shirt is true to size. One unusual thing about this shirt is the buttons are covered by a placket. There is a row of horizontal stitching between each button that holds the placket in place, so it isn’t gaping. The stitching on the green shirt is black. In the pictures, it appears the light blue and white shirts also have black stitching and the black and navy have white. The contrasting stitching is a design element, meant to be seen. The placket hides the buttons. ... show more

    The fabric is nice, polyester that has a linen weave look. It’s well made with some nice details on sleeves & button flap. If you want a loose fitting shirt with some give in the abdomen I’d go a size up. It’s definitely for a thin physique. Machine washed but hung to dry because of their instructions but the creases from the shrink wrapped packaging didn’t come out. Will use a dryer next time& take my chances. Instructions say to use a cool iron, yeah, right. It’s suppose to be an easy care polyester. Buttons are hidden for a clean look but it’s more time consuming to spread the top flap open between the top stitching. ... show more

    This is a great fitting casual shirt. I am 210 lbs with broad shoulders. I usually order a 2X for a nice comfortable fit and this one was no different. I feel it is true to size and was very comfortable to wear. A lot cooler to wear in the sun than I expected which was a bonus. Washes well with no shrinkage. Overall a great casual shirt.     This cool comfortable fabric is ideal for summer activities. But it is also fancy enough to be worn as a dressy short sleeve shirt.     Overall a nice feel to the fabric here, even though it's polyester/spandex. It's super light so it's perfect for wearing in the heat. Pleasantly surprised. This is easily one of the most comfortable shirts I've tried on in a while, so it's going to get worn a lot. I am not sure how I feel about the hidden buttons.     This shirt is of better quality material and workmanship. It doesn't feel or look like polyester at all. It feels more like cotton which is surprising. The color is nice and it fits properly. The only issue I have with this shirt is the stiching on the front flap that covers the buttons. There are several white stiches on the front and they are stiched to the underlayment which is annoying when trying to button the shirt. It would have been better if only the upper layer was stiched and not upper and bottom layers together. Hopefully future designs will take that into account. ... show more
