This book really embodies what it means to be a coach. Taking examples and breaking them down in a way that anyone could understand and implement. I’ve been on this journey for a while now and I can honestly say that I was blessed to come across this book!

    • Where do I begin?!
If you are a working professional looking to gain a deeper insight on SAFe practices then you must read this book. The Lean Agile Guru outdid himself with this one! The book is easy to follow, easy to read. The pages have an adequate amount of spacing that makes to easy on the eyes. It is filled with examples and does not contain fluff that makes you get lost when reading. The cartoon illustrations are a pleasant bonus as well as the journal opportunity. I like how Clarence gives analogies from everyday experiences to compare it with SAFE concepts which really makes understanding easier.It’s written in a conversational manner which simplifies the concepts.Highly recommended the book.

I would like to thank Clarence for writing this book. It is a jewel of a book. He is really articulate and makes everything in the book easy to understand. This book will give you EVERYTHING you need to know about the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) 6.0. The illustrations, activities, real life examples are great because I am able to relate most of these to real life. Thank you Clarence for this wonderful book!     • The Lean Agile Guru is the best!
I received this book as part of the PO/PM course taught by the lean agile guru himself. It made what would normally be a serious or dry topic— extremely fun and engaging! The writing, examples and uniquely inspired hand drawn illustrations helped drive the concepts home for me providing a sure fire way to get certified. Im not a huge reader but found this easy to pick up and delightful. I highly recommend the Lean Agile Guru over any other SAFe source or instructor. -Shells ... show more
