The rug is really low pile, which is nice if you have a robot vacuum. It feels pretty soft. It came folded instead of rolled, which was a little awkward but acceptable. I ordered the cream/champagne blend and now I’m ordering the silver/ivory one. Because the cream/champagne could most accurately be described as “cream/GOLD”!
