The cord was tan on the pure white lamp. There molding of the lamp shade was not smooth which may have led to all the nicks in the white paint. It is sturdy and the lamp shade looks great with it..

This product came with a few scratches. It was wrapped securely so it probably happened prior. Since they were cosmetic we decide the positives outweighed this. They seem sturdy and went nicely in our sunroom. All in all nice product for the money. Would suggest manufacturing keeps eye on Where scratches are coming from since I’m not only one who has had these. ... show more

Great lamp for my daughters nursery. Easy to assemble and very sturdy. Great quality overall. Only complaint is that the metal screw at the very top where the shade is screwed secure was bent, leaving the shade lopsided. Luckily my husband was able to easily fix this with a pair of pliers.     • Great looking floor lamp!
This is the second Safavieh product I've purchased. These 2 lamps were as terrific as the Safavieh area rug I bought last month. Although the 2 boxes were banged up, the products inside were undamaged. There were a few imperfections in the lamps - which Safavieh mentions on their product enclosure - but nothing major (e.g., little dents, paint imperfections, and a small hairline crack in the paint / finish). You'd have to examine closely - like I did - to see any of that. Assembly was pretty easy, but longer than the 6 minutes the instructions suggest! I could the lamp together that fast, but getting it to be level took extra time. I assembled the first lamp bottom to top, but got better results on levelling when I did top to bottom on the second. The cord is a little fussy to keep from tangling / kinking, but make sure you get those out or it will affect levelling. Overall, the lamps are really sharp-looking, sturdy, and a great value for the price. 60 watt LED bulbs were included, but a little bright for our setting. We switched them out for LED 40 watts and that works great. The lamp shade is pretty - looks like linen weave. Highly recommend! ... show more

Arrived with some scuffs and chipped paint. I did not want to deal with exchanging so I kept and turned chips to corner. Overall, looks nice, but not perfect.

I 💗 lamp. I replaced the original shade with a bell shaped shade and now it’s officially awesome. No brainer assembly. It is very sturdy and is of solid construction. Great value for the money.
