I bought this a while back but I did contact them & they did answer back but they basically gave me the same information as the instructions that it came with. NO HELP AT ALL! I tried it various times & it did not work at all.

Do not buy save your money it might work for some of yall but not for most and their database is not updated enough for when the new OS comes out if you are first time unlocking or are you faculty data reset your phone it’s a 3 to 4 weeks to process my refund I emailed them for Help one time they only reply one time never got back to me. It worked for a short time but the phone kept reverting back to locked carrier.

Uses imsi method so works with ios 16+. Connection was not stable, kept bringing sim activation screen. MMS did not work but calls/sms/internet/imessage worked when the sim was stable.

These does not work at all and I have reached out the company for further assistance they resent the same instructions that the item comes with and asked if I wanted a refund, I proudly said yes and they stopped responding via email and it’s to late to return to Amazon to process my refund !
