Phone quality is terrible. Volume is so low; one can barely hear voice of the person on other side of the call. Very basic requirement of a cell phone is for a user to be able to make calls and is able to hear well from the other side. This product terribly fails on the very basic aspect, forget anything else. @Amazon- Dont you have any quality check to allow vendors to sell such substandard products on your platform? I like how it's very neat and it up to date version. I didn't like the plastic case, it's very flimsy and easily stretched and loose.

I wasn't quite sure what I was getting. It looked nice and seemed to download what I needed, but the apps wouldn't run well. I had to remove them. Now I just use it for calls. The volume us too low.
