When my S’well ice bucket arrived, I was impressed with how it looked and how well insulated it is but I quickly realized it was missing the lid and the tongs However, when I received it, the bag was open so I’m guessing those items got lost in transit. Luckily I was able to contact the S’well company rather than just returning it and risking it getting thrown into a landfill. They immediately responded and are sending me the missing pieces. I really wanted to keep this item. It is very nice and well made. The only reason I returned was due to its size. It's pretty small. Nice for a small group. I wish they made a larger size for larger gatherings. I would have to refill constantly. S'Well, please make a larger size.

We used this for the first time yesterday. Filled it up with ice around 2 pm. As of 6pm tonight, it still has ice in it! It also looks nice which of course is great.
