I have had this backpack for over a year now, and I love it. I have technically done 140 runs with it, but one wasn't recorded. I would recommend this backpack for running, I've recorded 677+ miles with it, and it is still in great condition. None of the clips have broken, the reflective strips haven't peeled off, and honestly, it feels like I could use it for several more years. The things I like about it: - It doesn't bounce when I run with it (runners know how annoying that is) - It allows me to carry my phone as well as a slim wallet, or earbud case. (let me emphasize, I've had a lot of trouble finding an arm sleeve that can easily carry any phone I've had because they keep getting larger and heavier. This has been a fantastic alternative) - It's easy to put on and take off, and is extremely light and durable. - I think the best think about it is that you can easily reach back, and take out your phone while running, meaning that you don't have to stop to look at a notification, or skip a song, or anything like that. The things I don't like about it: - I've seen a few people say this, but some of the straps hang loose form the bag, which isn't the end of the world, but is annoying when its swinging back and forth while running. However, this can be fairly easily circumvented if you tie it around other straps to stay in place - I'm not a woman, but I could see some concern about the cross strap in the front not being long enough, or perhaps poorly, or uncomfortably laying across a woman's chest. Someone else would have to answer that. Over all, I would greatly recommend this product! I think its a great way to carry your phone as well as anything else important. Last thing I'll say is that this backpack is useful up to a certain distance because you can't carry water with it. So if you're planning on doing long runs, maybe find something with a water pouch. But, if you aren't planning on carrying water, or drinking water on a run, this is perfect. I've used it from 1-27 miles. Highly recommend. ... show more

this backpack is light weight and small. clips came off and made it hard to keep it secure and from sliding around while i ran, but it works.

Fits nicely and is a good quality. Got this backpack for my runs. After using it for a bit I have come to realize I prefer this for shorter runs due to the smaller size and my vest for longer runs.

The straps won’t tighten enough to fit my frame. The straps flap around when running and it’s incredibly irritating. The back slips down as well so I’m constantly adjusting during my run. This is NOT for jogging or running.

Love it! I had to say I could run without any disturbing phone and Fanny bag that shakes a lot. This one is really compact, flexible, and easy to put on. The only negative about it with this item is a hanging extra strapped and when your phone gets hot, I could feel the heat on my back.
