Features

  • Package includes: You will receive 12pcs ski ankle donut boot pads ,whose thickness is 5mm to meet your different needs and preferences.
  • Quality Material: Our padded cushion is made of firm neoprene foam, which makes it easier to taper the edges of the padding inserts. If you want extra filler, you can stack two bars on top of each other to make a thicker pad.
  • Self-adhesive Backing: Each pad comes with self-adhesive backing. To remove the backing, pull down on black foam first, and then pull up on the adhesive backing after it begins to separate, then apply the sticky side to your boot liner.
  • Practical Effect: Works effectively for people with narrow ankles to rectify heel lift, eliminates blisters on the back of the heel from rubbing in the boot and brings snug boot fit.
  • Instruction: Apply the pads behind the protruding ankle bones on your boot liners. Then use the self-adhesive backing to stick each pad to the liner. If necessary, cover each pad with duct tape for added security.

  • Pads worked very well to prevent inner ankle bone pain caused by new snowboard boots
Color: 12 Pcs
These pads prevented severe inner ankle bone pain I was experiencing while snowboarding with my new boots. I stacked two pads together and positioned the circle right over the sensitive ankle bone. I had zero pain the whole day!

  • Lots in pack
Color: 12 Pcs
Pretty firm, seem to break in after a bit, might need to shave to exactly fit in ski boot liner over ankle. Firmly attached with adhesive backing, smoothed out with duct tape.

  • Great size for adults, bit stiff so I feel soreness sometimes
Color: 12 Pcs
Took out my old J bars from my ski boots which I decided were actually making my blisters worse when I skinned for more than an hour. Put one of these between my patriot ankle sleeve and my boot liner on the side I was getting blisters and it dramatically reduced them. Good value for a bit pack of them, and they have worked better for me than j bars. After a long resort day i do notice some pressure and soreness around my ankle bone from these so i think they could be a bit softer but then maybe they wouldn't work as well. ... show more

  • Basic boot pad foam
Color: 12 Pcs
Review for RunNico Ski Ankle Donut Boot Pads. I actually used this for my snowboard boot liner but ultimately it served the same purpose. Dimensions are accurate and foam is like any other foam...not much to say. Adhesion was fine and I wrapped it in duct tape and applied a heat gun to help it slip in the boot easier. Double-check the price and see if you find value. ... show more

  • Ok
Color: 12 Pcs
They didnt work for me but thats not a product design. I didnt have time to get to a boot fitter before a day on the mountain with a new boot and hoped these would buy me a little room for my ankle but it didnt help. Not a design flaw of this product but I injured my ankle years ago which typically requires a boot fitter to stretch out the inside ankle pocket of my snowboard boots on my right foot. While it did offer some padding it wasnt a solution for my particular case. They did work as intended though ... show more

  • Great large blister pads
Color: 12 Pcs
Adhesive works great and the foam is the amount of firm. Overall, I'd say these are a good value. Get for anyone that gets blisters easily and ski boots. I will say though that I prefer smaller diameter pads because these are so wide. My ankle bump (don't really know what that bone is called) extends past the padding a little bit, but you can always just pair these with a small jam or pad as well. So you've got extra protection all the way around your ankle. ... show more

  • right size padding with good adhesion
Color: 12 Pcs
Did a little padding/fitting on my ski boots on pressure points. I have prominent ankle bones that have always needed to be have expensive shell work and extra padding. Decided to do my own pad work on some newer boots, and now may even be able to do without expensive punching the shell. These pads fit perfectly around the ankle bone and stayed where I need them so far. I didn't notice pad compression so far, but with a 12 pack you would have enough to add again if needed. ... show more
