I was looking for a solution that would offer flexibility in design and drain the water from the bottom of the rack and this dish rack does both. It's design allows you to fit it onto virtually any counter space either on the long end or short end. It expands when you need it to and everything will drain into a spout at the bottom you direct into the sink. The only complaint so far is the glass rack. I thought that the extendable part was going to be a scarcely used gimmick, but it turns out that suddenly you have no room and can make more. You could always buy an obscenely large drying rack but this saves us counter space.

BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USE. It cuts your assembly-to-use time in half. There is also a video assembly option. Great addition for the cookware that is not dishwasher safe. Just make sure you have the counter space for it before you buy

    • Two inches short of the item detail claims
The seller shows the proper assembly of the drainer and extension. One can see that the extension overlaps the drainer. This reduces the stated or claimed dimension by two inches. The item is 28.5 inches from outside the silverware side to the outside of the cup holder bracket. It can only be 31.3 inches if the extension is not connected. This would cause water to drain onto the counter and make it unstable. ... show more

I love how this expands to give you more room to add bigger pots & pans. It's pretty sturdy, I am concerned about the water drainage spout. I am afraid I might break it when I go to put a pot in the dish drain.

My favorite thing is the 360 drainage attachment. Our sink is in a corner and at an angle, so the drain attachment makes it possible to place the dish drainer up against the backsplash, which looks nice and gives us more counter space. The directions to put it together were not very clear, and it took me quite a while to figure it out. Putting the feet on was difficult, and while gently pushing one of the feet on, part of the hole chipped off. The cup, glassware attachment hangs beyond the tray, so it drains onto the counter. So I removed the knife holder and attached the glassware holder to the inside of the utensil rack. The plastic tray is made of hard plastic, not flexible plastic like traditional trays, so I’m a little skeptical about how long it will last before it cracks. I’m glad that I bought this during Prime Days, and got it at a discount, because the normal price Is outrageous for what you get. ... show more
