I have seen some reviews complaining of the folds from where it was shipped. I unfolded and washed it in the bathtub (always wash new things) and hung it to dry and all the folds came out.

This carpet comes undersized so beware if you need exact dimensions. Also comes all folded up which leaves ugly fold marks all over it. It could just as easily shipped rolled. I will never buy again.
