I did quite a bit of research before I decided on this drone and since this is the first drone I have purchased, I must say I am very happy with it. From the moment I opened the box, I was blown away by how simple the setup process was. The instructions were clear and concise, making it a breeze to get everything ready for takeoff. Flying the drone was an absolute delight – it responded smoothly to my commands and maintained a stable flight throughout. What's even better is that this top-notch quality comes at an affordable price, which is a huge plus. I'm beyond impressed with the value this drone offers and how accessible it is for both beginners and experienced users. If you're looking for an easy-to-fly, easy-to-setup, high-quality drone that won't break the bank, this is definitely the one to go for! Even the case that you store the drone in is very well built and everything fits in it perfectly. This particular drone does require that you remove the gimbles before you store it which is just a couple of turns on each one, but it would be nice if you didn't have to remove them to store it, not a big deal. I can't get over how steady this drone is hovering and even in the wind it is easy to control. Flying it over the Bay I accidentally lost site of it but the home button feature saved me, what a great feature. The video and picture quality are amazing. This is really a great entry level drone and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality product. This drone does it all, I have had it out a few times now with zero issues, takes a few to get it all connected and calibrated, but once done it’s worth the time spent, this drone has decent speed and good range with zero camera issues, takes very smooth pictures and video the same and it is really 4k, I would say if your in the market for a reliable, smooth flying, good battery charge, this is your drone, the app makes it super easy, just make sure you download the drone app for this drone not the drone mini app they use two different apps, know. The 11 mini and they use two different apps same company. Oh and the mph on my windy days was about 12mph and did t effect flight one bit. I have wind tester so I have exact wind measurement always. It's my first drone, so I was really excited to buy one. I have to say it exceeded my expectations!! The drone is easy to fly and control. It took me about 5 minutes to get the hang of it. The drone has a great build, mostly stable at high altitudes and can fly really low as well. The battery lasts a fairly good amount of time and the GPS can be used to unlock higher functions. It's a great drone for beginners at this price. Although, one thing that I would have wanted it to have would be more image stabilisation while changing altitudes. But, oh well can't have it all. The accessories are also not very expensive, considering. So, if you are in the market for a drone for the beginners I would say go for it... ... show more

I got this drone for my husband’s birthday in 2022. It was shipped quickly and arrived in a sturdy good-looking molded carrying case. He says the drone takes video and snapshots, is fast, and handles nimbly even in windy conditions. It came with good instructions and control features. It is also very rugged and has not broken or required the use of the extra propellers included. He used it frequently in our nearby parks and neighborhoods . . . until the FAA remote ID rule finally took effect between September 2023 and March 2024. Since this 2022 model did not have built-in remote ID capability, the drone’s legal use then became limited to FAA-approved areas sponsored by community groups and schools, none of which are nearby - nor always free. Using the drone closer to our city required the attachment of an FAA-approved remote ID module to the drone. He contacted Ruko’s Customer Service periodically starting in late 2023 to ask if they could provide a remote ID module for his drone. Ruko had gotten FAA approval but did not have modules available yet but would notify him when they were. He contacted Ruko several times through March 2024 with no progress until he contacted them in July 2024. He was worried that Ruko would not find it profitable to provide a remote ID module for an older model. He is impressed that even though this product’s support window closed in March 2024, they said they would ship him a remote ID module and an extra battery in 3 – 10 days and asked us for a customer service review. ... show more
