This product is extremely satisfactory and good for the price. Camera quality is very good and the stability and ease of flying is very good. It is easy to connect and is not very loud during flight. The case it comes in is compact and good. Drone easily works and connects to smartphones. The one down side I experienced is that suddenly the drone stopped connecting to my remote and my phone. I have been flying the F11 gim2 for a few years now. It’s a lot of fun and very durable. The camera is amazing and really useful also. I checked the roof on my house after a storm. The camera is really clear and the recorded videos look awesome. I have the early version of the F11 and started having problems connecting to the Drone app. Customer service was great and worked with me until we found a solution. It seems to be a problem with my earlier hand control. They are sending me the updated version of the control.     • Excellent WELL made drone with many features

I have been extremely impressed with this drone on numerous occasions especially at this price point. I am new to flying "real" drones after only fooling around with more toy like drones in the past so I thought there would be a big learning curve, but this drone has impressed since I've opened it. The drone gets you started in Beginner mode where you can learn some of the features while limiting how far and high your drone can fly to protect both yourself and your investment in the drone. This is nice feature right out of the fox and every novice drone operator should take full advantage of. I flew mine in this mode for the first 5-6 flights just to be sure I knew what was going on as this drone is not a toy and is capable of much more. Once comfortable with the flight controls, I finally set her free and how fun it has been. This drone is easy to control with lots of feature such as "follow me and point of interest video". The 4k video and pictures are evident with every snap and video taken, the images are crystal clear, and we got some excellent video and images while vacationing in Bermuda. The return home button is fantastic and has always brought my drone home safely, just be sure to set your return heights in the settings to coincide with the surrounding areas (i.e. if there are trees or poles in your flight path be sure to set the return home height above the height of those obstacles). The wind resistance feature is also amazing as in light winds its barely noticeable and even in heavier winds you can see and hear the drone battling the wind effectively. So many other features I'm still playing around with months later and learning. Since I'm a novice flyer this drone has had some bumps and bruises but nothing out of ordinary, mostly related toa rough landing while trying to control the drone in heavy winds near the oceanfront but its taken everything. I would highly recommend this drone both for beginners and more experienced, it has all the features to enable a rookie operator to learn and enough features to be a go to drone for a more seasoned operator who may not want to fly a more expensive unit in certain areas. And 1 finally thing I wanted to mention. The customer service of this company is nothing short of amazing. From the time the drone ships they follow up with you to make sure everything is going ok sending emails every so often to see how things are going, and to see if any questions you may have. The customer service team has always answered emails promptly and always to my satisfaction which is something that a lot of company's these days lack for these reasons alone this drone is worth the investment. I had a small warranty issue that was resolved quickly and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction and would like to Recognize the customer service representative Cherry specifically. She has been a godsend and am so happy with her customer service I feel like you she needed to be acknowledged in this review specifically.     • Great drone for and easy to learn on.

The media could not be loaded. Edit…. After about a year of regular use a battery failed mid flight. Drone was smoking when I got to the place it fell. This is probably just a freak incident, but it did happen. Overall, I still feel it was a decent drone for the time I owned it. This is my first good quality drone. Camera quality is good and the 2 axis gimbal does well at keeping the camera stable in flight. The up and down control for the camera is really really slow which is a bit frustrating when trying to set up shots or adjust in flight. I also noticed some shaking in the shots if I adjust the camera angle mid flight. Camera has a digital zoom that does ok but as with most digital zooms you sacrifice some quality of the image the more you zoom in. One feature I like is the ability to view your photos and videos on your phone right away after your flight ( or mid flight if you are brave). The footage recorded to your phone is at a reduced quality but the full quality footage is available off the micro as card on the drone. Low light / night recording is not great… however ever you really should not be flying at night anyway. Also to have a camera that could do low light or night shots would greatly add to the cost of the drone. The transmitter ( remote) is easy to hold and is not overwhelming with s bunch of buttons and switches ( this could be good or bad… I’m used to lots more on my transmitter being as I also fly rc planes and helicopters). For someone that has flown a lot of rc’s the controls will take some getting used to. The controls are very forgiving… you can do full stick movements in any flight mode and the drone doesn’t react crazy. I keep trying to fly with very small control inputs and the drone really doesn’t react till I do what seems very excessive stick inputs ( good for new pilots but feels wrong to someone used to planes and helicopters). Flight time is about 15-25 minutes realistically depending on wind, temperature, and how you are flying the drone. No need to worry though because if the battery gets to low the drone will auto return to home (place you took off). Overall I would say this is a good step toward the professional level drones that won’t break the bank compared to the high end name brand drones. ... show more
