This rug is perfect... the thickness (classic pad), the feel, the colors.. all perfect for what we needed. I just received it this week, so I can't comment on how well it handles stains or washing, but I'll update if I run into any problems.

Pros: Pretty & washable Cons: Fray around the edges right away & impossible to lay smooth (larger area rugs) I love the concept, but sadly I’m just not convinced they’re worth the hefty price tag! The rugs are very thin, so don’t expect any cushion (even with the thicker pad). For the larger rugs, it’s pretty much impossible to get the rug down without any wrinkles (they work like Velcro). Both of those things, I could have handled…but what had really disappointed me is the fact that BOTH of the Ruggable rugs I own started fraying around the edges within the first year of owning them. For that price, they need to at least be durable! They are both very pretty though. ... show more

    • This is not a rug it’s a canvas blanket!

This is not a rug!! It is thin, rough, and scratchy. I would compare it to the like of a painters canvas drop cloth! Although it is more stiff and scratchy than that. The “pad” is also thin but does offer grip to the floor. I read in other reviews on their website where this padding isn’t safe for vinyl plank flooring yet it’s advertised as safe to all floors, so beware that as well. When placing a piece of furniture is set on this the item puckers because it’s so thin. The only use I could see this system being used for is perhaps to just protect a floor? Although if it’s LVP (vinyl plank) I warn to purchase just the floor cover and get a separate floor pad that is safe for that flooring. Amazon does sell one by rugpadusa that I have used and is safe for LVP. They have both a plush and one that grips. I can’t recommend Ruggables to anyone. Note: I purchased this Prime and have started my return, it’s taking a long time for my refund. I will update if it doesn’t process soon with ease. ... show more
