I went through so many rugs because of kids and pets at home that I was starting to give up on the idea of a rug and a warm comfortable room. Until we got the ruggable. It was so easy to put down, looked amazing! And the best part? It really is like a magic carpet because a few days after buying this, my toddler ended up spilling a whole brand new bottle of bright red DayQuil on the couch which ofcourse went through it and straight into the rug. So I actually didn’t see it going through and thought the couch absorbed it all, until. ….. a week later I was cleaning and moved over the couch, and then I saw THE BRIGHT RED GIANT STAIN. It was huge! Soaking for days!! I think I had a mini panic attack. And thought my husband was definitely never let me buy another rug. So I started scrubbing, and trying to absorb any left over redness Into towels etc and then I dragged it to the sink and started rinsing it with soap, soooo much red stuff came out but it was still pink. I thought that’s it. It’s ruined only after a few days. But I was like ok, let me throw it in the washer. And I did, and it came out like brand new! No stains at all!! I almost cried out of happiness and I dont think I will ever recommend it enough. This was by far the best purchase I have ever made in my life. I love the colors of this rug with my floors and sofa. I like that it’s washable since I have pets: it was a little bit hard to line up and roll out onto the Velcro pad while trying to keep wrinkles out of it. It’s not plush and super soft but that’s fine. I don’t want anything that catches dust. I think it will work great for us! ... show more

I love this rug! It matches my decor perfect! It is difficult to line up with the Velcro mat underneath. It takes two people and multiple tries to lay it just right. I have yet to wash it, but it’s perfect for me!

I own a couple of other rugs from this company and the 'washable' feature is real folks. The heft of this product is in the pad, the top portion is relatively thin but don't be fooled into thinking it's not durable. I have 2 large dogs and they play, run and sleep on these with great comfort. I can simply pick up the top and throw it in the washing machine. I've had my other two for 2-3 years now and they don't show any wear. Don't dry them on high, mostly tumble low or even tumble air dry. The hardest part of these rugs is laying them down so you get creases. Think of the rug pad as a thick velcro pad that the top portion sticks to. Follow the instructions and you can do it. ... show more

Great for the front foyer. Looks great and love the color, the only drawback is it is kind of rough and a little on the thin side. We will see how it holds up this winter.
