This material is not like any rug I have felt before. It feels like velvet which can make it slippery to walk on for those with mobility issues. I am impressed that the lines or fold marks come out almost instantly. You can also fold it back up and store it and only use it periodically very easily. It folds up to a nice storable size. You do not ever need to roll it up like other rugs. It is not very thick. Color is nice. We got the blues. I am not sure if I will be able to vacuum it as I suspect it will just pull it in the vacuum. Care instructions say you can wash on gentle with cool water and air dry. It says it can be put in dryer on a certain setting but I would be weary it would burn quickly. It has a plastic type backing that’s decently holding the rug in place. Not fully but mostly. It does have a strong chemical smell when you get it out but most do. I have not washed it yet to know how that goes. Seems like a good value for the price. ... show more

I'm very surprised with the rugs! I was fearing they'd be cheap quality for the price we paid but not at all! They're so soft and thick so it's comfortable standing on them barefoot and they don't slide at all! The colors are even more vibrant than the images! I bought this by mistake thinking it was another one I was looking at but when I got it and open it, I knew it a keeper! So beautiful! And soft! Also I love that although it comes in a smaller box it had no crease marks. To me, that shows the high quality of this rug. It also came in a nice bag. This rug is very soft and easy to clean but it is VERY thin. It wrinkles if you walk on it. I do love the softness and the pattern but I would not purchase another one based on the thinness of it.
