Unfortunately when I opened the product the powder was completely crumbled. I have never seen that before and have purchased the same item many times from my local beauty supply store. I didn't need to use the product as soon as I received it so I didn't know it was damaged, and now it's too late to return it. I.have wasted my money and won't order this online again ... show more
