Feels like good quality balloons but that are tiny. I can see why you'd need so many of them to get a full garland. But even then, it seem like the Dollar store ballon get even bigger! I was skeptical at first considering the structure is a plastic string you stick the balloons in but it lasted all day outside in the wind. I got a lot of comments on how nice it looked as well. I suggest getting a balloon pump, especially because the tiny ones are impossible to blow up.
