Used this as a base layer of protection on an old metal roof. Let it cure out about a week then top coated it with elastomeric coating for UV protection. This rubberized stuff has excellent coverage capability and stayed tacky to accept the top coat. Time will tell, but it seems to be just what was needed. ... show more

    • Difficult to apply
Product description says that it may be sprayed or rolled on. What it doesn't say is that the product is not a liquid- it's a gel so thick (consistency like jello) that you need a 1500 psi commercial sprayer to use it. So I tried rolling it on. The ridges and valleys in my corrugated steel barn roof took forever to fill and the product did not spread well at all. Think thick lumps in every crack and a wafer-thin coating everywhere else. I had to buy another coating- an actual liquid- to cover it. Unless you have a really good commercial sprayer, find a liquid product. ... show more
