If you're looking for click-together lego furniture... this is NOT it! I will take a couple of hours and some elbow grease to construct the furniture pieces, but they are well packaged for shipping, no damage when we unpacked and they went together fairly easy. The seats are sturdy, the cushions fit perfectly and they are comfortable. Note: the back cushions are vacuum packed so it takes a little while for them to "fluff" up. We like the design and the ability to move the seats around on the patio. We got the 7 piece set and it's perfect for our 5-7 person gatherings we like to have! Also, the set comes in 3 boxes! 1 box arrived via fedex a day before the others... so I had contacted support to ask.. they were VERY response, polite, helpful and they followed up again 2 weeks later to confirm my satisfaction! I was a little concerned after reading some reviews that the product may show up damaged or missing pieces. It did not. It showed up in perfect condition with all pieces. I put everything together by myself as my husband was at work. It was not difficult and did not take an unreasonable amount of time. It looks very nice and is sturdy as well. So far we have had for a week and my kids have already spilled drinks on it and climbed on it with muddy shoes. The drinks beaded up on the cushions and did not seep in. Wiped right off with a damp cloth as did the mud, no stains or residue left at all. I will update review on longevity after we have had for a while but so far so good. Our set arrived this week, and so far I'm very impressed. I ordered the 11 piece set with swivel chairs and a firepit. The instructions were clear and all the pieces were there, along with a baggie of extra screws, etc . . . just in case. The whole set even came with two extra feet. I assembled all of it myself over the course of about six hours. I probably could have been faster, but took my time. I never felt like I needed a second set of hands. I did, however, use a rachet for the allen wrench. This sped things along, but if you do it, be very careful. I cracked a couple of the metal pieces because I used too much pressure. It's better to get it mostly tight with the rachet and then switch to the little wrench that they include in the kit. All the seats, fire table, and large side table came with adjustable feet, which is good on my uneven deck. The little side table does not have adjustable feet. The seats are cozy enough, though I wouldn't want to spend hours sitting there - that's probably actually a good thing. We already enjoyed our morning coffee in the swivel chairs. ... show more

After reading reviews I was a little hesitant about getting this set due to people complaining how complicated it was to put together. This whole set took my husband by himself 5 hours to put together. The swivel chairs rock and turn with ease. The cushions are comfy. The fireplace is gorgeous. We ended up getting different fire glass to match the gray and black vibe we were going for. But all in all worth the price tag. The seller was very quick to respond (we got one set of boxes in one day and the next day the last two came). We were missing an instruction book but my husband figured it out with out just by doing the others. The table and side table have black glass which was a nice touch.
