The absolute only issue I have is.....heated means "warming". This is not like "heating pad" heat. It doesn't reach that level and the item description never claims it does. I bought one of these, and it worked for about 5 minutes, nice and toasty. Then it died, no light, no heat. The button itself doesn't work, there is no tactile thing to push, so I suspect the button is busted. So I returned it and bought a second one...and this one doesn't work at all! The button does "push" this time, with a click, but no light, no heat. Tried 3 different battery packs including the one it came with. These are trash, don't waste your time and money. ... show more

I would have given five stars because the vest is good and performs nicely but it would be nice if the people would send you the wall plug NEEDED for when it comes time to charge the battery. all i got was a little maybe 3 inch charge wire and noway to plug it into an outlet to charge it not that a three inch wire is long enough to reach a wall outlet! do these people assume every one has wall plugs just sitting around collecting dust just waiting for us to buy a heated vest to plug into it!? and what if it is not the right voltage!? charge a little more an give us the part we need thank you! now here i sit with a heated vest until the battery dies and then noway of charging it. we are not all computer geeks:) ... show more

I like this vest for several reasons. I like the style and fit. Fit was just as the seller suggested. I like how the battery shuts itself off if not in use thus giving a longer battery life even though it is solid as it is. I love this and I will use it all the time this winter.
