I love that it is specially made to meet the needs of my Standard Poodle Puppy. That being said why does it only come in a 2.5 lb bag? We are talking standard poodle here. He is growing fast. My 9lb coton de tulear and toy poodle mix loves this almost too much! I was feeding her small/mini puppy Royal Canin food since I got her (she is 6 months old now) and I could tell she was getting kind of tired of it and when she would eat, she would just swallow it. Once she ate too fast and threw up - you could tell she didn't chew any of it. So I bought this kind for a change and for the poodle benefits. I mixed about half half and she loved it so much that I could use it as treats and then she was able to pick it out of the bowl and leave the old food!! Another benefit is that the claim that the shape makes them want to chew the pellets, is very true. I can hear my puppy chew every single piece! They are smaller than I expected but perfect! I wish it was cheaper or the same price as the regular food, but I will buy this again. ... show more
