The media could not be loaded. This was so much fun to make! i've done something similar 10yrs ago, and oh, how time has changed. this was soooo much better to assemble! everything CLICKS. all the pieces were really delicate, but as long as you're careful, there shouldn't be a problem. I felt like the instruction was clear as day! didn't have any time putting all the pieces together! I was afraid the glue wouldn't hold, but as long as you give it adequate time to dry, it does the job! I got the city in the sky kit, the amt. of details on this project was insane! clouds, floating houses, the cherry blossom tree. I was blown away! over all it took me about 6 hours to finish, but i was also filming for a video so i think it could definitely be done faster! I am in love with how it turned out! might have to start a collection now! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. TIP: only take the pieces out as you go, follow the instructions! After you make a piece, label it with numbers, so that when the instruction calls for it you'd know which they're referring to! not for your 10yo kids, not for anyone impatience. ... show more

The music box is powering the rotation of the entire top half of the city, so you may get about 30 seconds to a minute of music. Everything else is pretty great, about this music box. Sturdiness is a bit on the low side, but what are you expecting for $20?

Some parts were easy but others didn't fit right. Maybe its just me, but the tree kept falling apart so the glue didn't work that well. The tree never stayed. I didn't care much for the model.

The media could not be loaded. I love Castle in the Sky so I had to get this music box. However in the prices of building it... mistakes were made. It’s a little lopsided and some of the parts didn’t completely stick. The tree branches don’t stay up and the stairs at the bottom don’t actually connect. But these were all due to mistakes in the building process. The instructions were in Japanese if I remember correctly (I made it awhile ago) but the pictures are pretty intuitive. Overall it was a fun experience for me and my friends and I still love to listen to it even thought it tends to come apart when I try to wind it up. ... show more
