The media could not be loaded. This is a great kit and build. I really enjoyed it. Kit was in pristine condition, no missing parts and good instructions. English manual. The music plays when you wind the 2nd smokestack, although I will not be using that feature because the smokestack is paper and easily bent out of shape. It doesn't sound like My Heart Will Go On, either, but still nice. I love the grand staircase and everything seems to be accurate as to how Titanic was furnished. I definitely recommend this kit and think the 14+ age range is accurate. I'm very experienced in miniatures, have done over 40 houses and booknooks, but this did take me much longer to build than10 hours. If you're a Titanic fan and for the price of this kit, I believe you will be very happy with this model. ... show more

I do love this whole kit but have had to purchase some pieces because I am missing Bag H -- thankfully, one that is easier to replace because it is the beads and the small cups, etc. Super bummed about that but so far the kit is coming together.

My husband has an obsession with Titanic and this model is perfect for his display case of toys. The only thing that is difficult is making the furniture, especially anything with fabric. I helped him with that and due to incorrect measurements (our fault!), we ended up using scrap fabric I already had on hand. It all worked out great though and this model is a lot of fun to look at. ... show more

This is a fun DIY built but you need to have patience and can't rush. All the tools are included, such as glue, scissors and tweezers. The LED lights are there too but you need to get your own batteries. The quality of the materials it provided is decent for the price.

I haven't finished this yet but so far, it's really fun and made well. I'm impressed. The pieces are cut nicely and the directions are easy to follow. I like that it's more than just a wooden piece - there are little things to glue, sew and so on. So many fun little details that will look great when they are done. This model is really cool. We were impressed with a lot of the little details, like the diamond necklace from the movie. It also comes with working lights and a music box. Keep in mind that you are literally putting everything together by hand, like gluing fabric around a sheet of paper to make chair cushions. Because of this, if your skill isn't the greatest, some parts might look a little janky. It takes quite a bit longer than the projected time. A really cool project, and a great value for the price. Me and my 10-year-old son put this together and we had so much fun. We loved all of the small details and it looked so nice once it was complete. It took us about 10 hours total over a week's time. Most of the assembly was easy enough for my son to do on his own but I couldn't help myself from taking part as well. Great kit! ... show more

I've put together a few of these kits like this. I haven't finished this project yet but all the pieces appear to be there and it even comes with scissors and glue. It really does have everything you need to complete the project. It is a time consuming kit but the pieces are high quality. Of course it's not true to what the actual titanic was like but it is still a really fun kit to build. ... show more
