I was sent a used drone that did not work. They’re not giving me my money back because the buyer says there was nothing in the box when he received it… the drone alone weighs almost six hundred grams when UPS boxed it up for me. It came out to two pounds. I cannot believe the seller gave me only $27 for a restocking fee. And kept the rest of the money and claimed a restocking fee. Exactly as described. Some reviews mention receiving used or broken devices - this was not my experience. Very clearly a brand new aircraft with all original stickers in place including the one securing the gimbal cover. Bound with my remote straight away. Zero issues.

I love DJI drones. I recently ordered one directly from the company, and it was stopped at the border and returned by US Customs. So I ordered one from Amazon. which was delivered earlier than promised. It's as good as new. (I ordered "renewed"). I'm very pleased with my purchase. And if you have been considering a remote with the screen built in, this drone is now capable of linking with it, thanks to a simple software update. However; you'll want to get a case that will accommodate the mini 2 as well as the controller. The one with the built in screen is a bit larger. I found such a case here on Amazon, but I'm not supposed to mention other products by name. I hope this info helps some of you with your decision. ... show more
