Have had this product for 3 years and used it frequently. The inflator switch stopped working so I contacted customer service. They are replacing for free under the 5 year warranty with no hassle or problems. Great product and a company that stands behind it's warranty, nothing else needs said.

    • Works well, but lacks long term durability
I’ve had this pump for 2 years now, and although it still works currently, it hasn’t been without some durability issues. For example, The power cord got a short in it after the first year, so I’ve been using the battery and car lighter plug ever since. This pump has seen a lot of use on my vehicle over 2 years and now some plastic parts are beginning to wear out at the end of the air hose, where it connects to the tire valve stem. It’s just about to break and once that happens, not sure if it’s worth hanging on to as I would only be able to pump up toys and floating rafts and things of that nature. No more vehicle tires, and that is why I purchased it in the first place. ... show more

I have a classic car that I don’t drive much. The tires deflate over time. The feature that you can see the current pressure and set what you need to increase is awesome. I didn’t realize the unit came with a 20V battery for portable use.

The battery for my compressor wasn't working. With a couple emails, the compressor, battery and all, were quickly and replaced. I was very happy with the customer service/support.

    • Stopped working after a few uses
It worked great at first, but sadly died on me after using a few times. I was unsure about the product at first, but it checked all the boxes, so I gave it a try. Especially the fact that it had a warranty was appealing. I think this is okay for small things, but definitely not great for heavy duty trucks and RV's that require higher PSI. I needed something I can rely on that when I'm on the road that I can inflate my tires without having to find a special place to inflate my tires. I get it that products fail sometimes, but when I contacted customer support about my issue, they told me they would send me a new one, but never did. I reached out a couple times to them and just have not received any emails back. Don't waste your time with it if you are using for an RV or heavy duty truck. Okay for cars I suppose although it smells like it is burning and struggles to pump air up. Potential fire hazard as well. ... show more

This is a great little compressor! This is my second one. The only thing negative is the zippers on the bags. I replaced the first one but the second is also faulty. They are sending me another bag to replace it! Thanks so much!
