It wasn't too hard to put together, make sure your hand is dry though for all the twists and turns, doesn't take a long to put together and it's pretty sturdy. that said I wouldn't put anything too heavy on it. The price is decent and I really really love this shoe rack. def recom.

it’s sturdy and looks good, especially for the price. it holds my boyfriends size 14 shoes well (bottom shelf). and i would buy again! my only “complaints:” it was kinda difficult to put together in the strength aspect for me. the screws do take some work BUT I have weak hands/wrists. other than that it’s really straightforward and it took me maybe 15 mins. also the first picture shows how the wood was splintering a little bit. i pulled the big ones like the piece in my hand off and they weren’t noticeable anymore. the top part came like that but isn’t super noticeable unless you’re close. ... show more

Finally found an inexpensive and PRETTY, solution for all the shoes in my livingroom! It's lightweight but strong enough to hold 30 pounds of cats! LOL! ...oh and it also holds 12 pairs of women's 9 1/2 ...plus a pair of high heals hooked off the side...so 13 pairs! These can be stacked so I'll be purchasing more! This is a sturdy, nice looking 2 rack shelf. The folding shelf is a good idea and makes for a strong joint. when it is opened up. But the leg screw holes weren't properly aligned in some areas and most were too shallow to get the screws in all the way with the tiny tool provided. I did not have any screwdriver tips that would fit (and they are not hex screws either). So, I could return it, re-drill the holes that weren't right and were too shallow, or use my own screws so I could use my drill to power them into the existing holes. I liked the look of the piece so I opted to do the last option and it worked out fine. I took off a star in my rating because of the poor quality control, but only one because I could do a simple work around. ... show more

Very easy to assemble, I did it by myself without my husbands help lol very easy instructions to read and only a few steps. I ordered the color black and it looks so cute in my small entryway. The floor was so cluttered before and it drove me crazy but this shelf keeps all of our shoes organized and off the floor. My only regret is not purchasing the 5 tier shelf just to have one more shelf for shoes. I prefer the top shelf to be used for decor so it looks cleaner. the only thing is this shelf doesn’t look like it will hold heels easily without slipping through so you’d probably have to lay them on their side. I’m not using this for heels so I’m not concerned about that. 5/5 stars ⭐️ I did see reviews about splinters/wood pieces sticking out. There was only one piece of wood with that on mine and it didn’t bother me. ... show more
