The material is nice quality and when you have it zipped up it is sturdy. The bottom insert is just cardboard covered in material so it will deterioate over time and if you have a frightened cat like I do that sometimes has an accident the inserts won't last. They can't go in the wash. They also don't stay in place when carrying. It's a very tight fit and extend to outer ends along the zippers. When carrying they move overlapping each other. If it was one piece or fit in the bottom of the bag it would be fine. The way it is sewn together they would slide into the bottom of the bag but are too long. I'm not using the middle insert because my cats like to be together. While I like that you attach the bag to the cart it takes quite a bit of time to secure it safely. I can't see doing this every time you want to use the bag with the cart. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The product was just as described. It was easy to assemble, stitching and zippers were durable, and good padding(on inside, mat is water resistant, easy to clean) and even better ventilation. I like the multiple openings to maneuver the animal/s and options for ventilation. This held 2 male cats comfortably (in video) and plan to remove the center divider to also use for a small-medium dog. The bag attaches easily and securely to wheels and can be carried with a shoulder strap (also detachable). The color is my favorite! ... show more

This could be a good carrier, but the two thin boards meant to fit side by side in the bottom of the carrier are too long. The instruction manual says "feel free to contact us" but then lists a bogus email.

My cat eventually grew out of her old carrier and I knew I needed something comfortable for her since her previous carrier was all plastic. She gets babysat every now and again and goes to the vet a few times a year so I knew she needed comfort and room. This carrier is perfect! I love that you can attach/detach it from the rolling base using Velcro. I also love that I can wheel her along her trips because she is a heavy girl and she's not being swung around. The wheels work perfectly. I also love the amount of mesh on this carrier- being in a carrier makes her nervous but I think with how much she can see out of the carrier now, with the tarp rolled and velcroed, it makes her more comfortable. There's ample room for her to get comfortable; I can even fit a throw blanket in there for her to settle in. She even hopped in the carrier herself which she has never done before! This is perfect for our 2 little ones that Love to go outside ( we only allow them outside supervised or in a Cat Playhouse, or of course a trip to the vet) This allows us to scoot them down the sidewalk for an exploration around the block to places they have never seen before, and they loved it! Its really cool that if they start to annoy one another that I can pop in the divider and give them their own space, its great that they can see what's going on out the sides with the decent mesh that does not seem to be bothered much by their claws. I have had some others with mech and lets just say we don't have those anymore, they were able to escape. This makes it a lot easier for people that do not have the strength to carry also with the smooth rolling wheels, you just need to pick it up to get it outside, roll it to where you need to go and pick it up out of the car and roll to the final destination. This is an excellent buy and we will be ordering 2 more (we have 6 little ones) ... show more

So besides the fact that this bag has accents in orange which is my most favorite color! This carrier folds down to make storage easy but then sets up quickly. It's basically pulg and play! So easy! It comes with a separator if your 2 furbabies do not like being near each other in close quarters. The wheels goes on with a click and the if you push the red buttons in, they pop right out as well. This is one of the easier carriers that I have gotten! I would reccomend that before your trip to leave it set up so that your fur babies can get used to it. It was easy to set up and so easy to break down! Love it! And since it has wheels, it is so much lighter on your back if you have a bad back like me since you can just push it around instead of carrying it. ... show more
