Very fun build. I enjoyed the way the doll rods represent shells from ejecting. Well thought out model There are even small targets for the rubber bands that fire to shoot at.

Haven’t done a model in 50 years but I fell off the roof and broke my legs and this seemed like a good idea. Pros: 1. Fun and relaxing 2. Distracting (what I was shooting for) 3. Precision cuts (almost all fit as planned) 4. Fast delivery Cons: 1. Face of magazine drum was warped 2. Not happy with the finished product (just doesn’t “look” like the advertisement) 3. Spring for bolt doesn’t have tension enough to drop next rubber band Conclusion: 1. I’m a novice and got it done in 12 hours 2. Would recommend to anyone with a couple of days to burn 3.     • One of the most sturdy 3D Wooden Puzzles we've ever built
We are in the habit of purchasing a 3D Wooden Puzzle every once in a while, and rubber band guns have been quite fun. This model is definitely one of the sturdiest - it has metal screws and strong plastic parts in several key components, so even after a couple of weeks of use, it hasn't malfunctioned. We haven't had such a good experience with other models from other brands, where all the parts are wooden, and wear off and malfunction after just a few days of play. The only deficiency we noticed is that the laser cutter producing the parts must have been slightly miscalibrated, since some parts had notably shifted and/or unaligned holes and prints. This hasn't prevented the proper assembly and function, however.0 ... show more

The model is very intense to build and takes patience. It is not something that you can build quickly. Once finished you will have a lot of satisfaction. This is the 3rd of there models that I am building.

I got this for my husband for Christmas. He absolutely adored building and shooting my siblings with it. What entertainment! Easy to build and performed well! The design and the ability to customize with paint from the dollar made it even better! Note: we are adult who like puzzles and Legos. So building and putting together thing like this is our bread and butter. Unknown how this would workout for little kids ... show more

I got this a while ago for my Dad and we are still trying to make time to make this model. It will end up looking really cool. I am really looking forward to finishing this.

    • Mostly good plans but mediocre performance
The video pulled me in. The instructions aren't the best but do work. There are videos online. Most of the kit is well done but there were a few pieces that didn't go together well. The magazine spring looked to tight and when I loaded it with 10 rounds I heard it get stuck and it wouldn't feed. I unjammed it with some wire but it feels only safe to load 5 rounds or it will get stuck again. My real disappointment is the range. It uses pretty wimpy rubberbands that don't go very far. So it does work as you see in the video but the range is poor and only 5 rounds pop out. ... show more
